Prior to his admission to the California Bar in 2023, Mr. Bayer built a successful two-decade career in the technology sector, leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives for global organizations like General Electric and AON Risk Management, alongside high-growth, pre-IPO startups. Leveraging his expertise as a programmer analyst, full stack developer, and software implementation consultant, he specialized in integrating complex enterprise software solutions.

A proven entrepreneur and a former top-producing California Real Estate Broker, Mr. Bayer’s background as an avid real estate investor provided him with crucial, firsthand knowledge in sound estate planning, asset protection strategies, and entity structure and formation. After passing the bar, Mr. Bayer joined the Dayton Law Firm, recognizing its focus on specialized practice and direct client relationships.
